The first place you will go to is the City Palace. This palace is like other buildings in Jaipur; it has a really cool mix of Rajasthani and Mughal styles. Something interesting about the City Palace is that it takes up a part of the old city of Jaipur. Inside the palace you will find lots of courtyards, gardens, and buildings. A time ago, the palace was where the Maharaja of Jaipur lived. Outside the City Palace there are lots of small shops where local people sell things. You can walk around the shops. See if you like anything they have. After a day of walking around you will probably be tired, so you can go back to your hotel, have a nice dinner, and get some rest. The City Palace is really something to see, and Jaipur is a city to visit, so you will have a lot of fun exploring the City Palace and the rest of Jaipur.
Day 2: Sightseeing in Jaipur

Kids will love it. The fort is on a hill. Elephants can take you there easily. When you get to the fort, you will be amazed by the architecture. Before sunset go to the Jantar Mantar. It is the observatory in India and was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. To learn why it was built, watch the show about Jaipur and Jantar Mantar. The colors and narration will make you appreciate this place. End your day by going to your hotel for dinner and a good sleep.
