Day 1: Arrival at Jodhpur

Jodhpur is a city in the Thar Desert. It was founded by Rao Jodha in 1459. People call Jodhpur by names. They call it Sun City because the sun comes up first in Jodhpur. They also call it the Blue City. This is because many houses in Jodhpur are painted blue. You can see a lot of houses in Jodhpur. A time ago, people used blue paint to show that a house belonged to a Brahmin family. Jodhpur is like cities in Rajasthan. It has forts and palaces. Jodhpur has even more things to see. You will not find these things in cities. Jodhpur is a city. The blue houses are a cool thing about Jodhpur. People like to look at them. Jodhpur has a lot to offer. You should visit Jodhpur to see the forts and palaces and the blue houses.

Day 2: All day tour at Jodhpur

The Mehrangarh Fort, built from sandstone, is a major attraction in the city and one of the largest forts in India. It stands out against the houses it overlooks. The white marble used to build it glows warmly in sunlight. Visit the clock tower to experience the citys bustle. The markets around the clock tower are great for shopping. Day 3: Arrival at Udaipur

Udaipur, also known as the City of Lakes, has lots to offer when you visit. The name says it all. The city has man-made lakes with beautiful palaces on their banks. Udaipur, which Maharana Udai Singh II founded in 1553, is also called the Venice of the East. It even has wildlife sanctuaries. There are festivals all year round, and people come from everywhere to see them. These festivals are the time to see Rajasthans famous folk art live and up close and enjoy Rajasthans culture. The lakes, palaces, and festivals make Udaipur, the City of Lakes, a place to visit.

Day 4: All day tour at Udaipur

The popular place to visit in Udaipur is the Udaipur City Palace. It is located on the banks of Lake Pichola. This big palace is made up of four palaces and some smaller ones. The palace has cool balconies, towers, and cupolas. Inside you can see royal things on display. You can also take a boat ride on Lake Pichola. The Lake Palace is another palace near the lake. It is now a luxury hotel. Has been in several movies. Next you should visit Bagore Ki Haveli to learn about Mewars culture. They have things like jewelry boxes and copper vessels that belonged to the Rajputs. They also have music and dance shows. If you visit the Garden Hotel, you can see their car collection. Many of these cars were used by the maharajas. Shilpgram is a place in the city where they make arts and handicrafts. You can buy souvenirs to take home. The best place to be in the evenings is the Monsoon Palace.

Day 5: Departure
